Frequently Asked Questions
Free delivery is only available on orders over $1500 within Melbourne and Sydney Metro areas. During checkout free delivery will be automatically apply to all orders with a valid Melbourne or Sydney Metro Postcode. The size, weight and destination will determine all other shipping costs.
Unfortunately we do not offer pickup for any products. This is because we send all orders directly from our suppliers warehouse. If you need something quickly give us a call and see what we can do.
Someone must sign for all large deliveries at the nominated delivery address between 9am-5pm. If no body is at the address we will contact you to re arrange delivery. However, some additional charges may apply.
Some small orders may be eligible for an authority to leave unattended. Please leave a note on your order and we will confirm if this is possible or not.
All orders placed before 2pm will be despatched same day. Any orders made after 2pm will be sent the following business day. Delivery times are all an estimate and subject to change. ETA for Sydney is 2-3 Business days and Melbourne is 3-5 Business days following despatch.
Unfortunately we have no control over delivery times. Time are all dependant on the courier service we use and the driver’s run of the day. We can give a rough indication of time but they are not definite.
Delivery can usually made by a required date. Although we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date we can try and coordinate this within the best of our ability
You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. This email will give you your tracking number and your freight provider. PLEASE NOTE: some tracking numbers take 24-48 hours to lodge your tracking information. If you did not receive an email please check your junk/spam inbox. If you still do not have anything please email our customer service team at [email protected]
We ship items from multiple interstate sites and wherever possible try to have all items sent together. However, this is not always possible. You will receive a tracking number for all separate deliveries.
It is the buyers responsibility to inspect all Goods are free from visible carton damage before signing (Proof of Delivery). The buyer must then notify the Seller in writing with photo evidence within 2 business days of any delivery issues. This includes any shortage in quantity, defect or incorrect Goods. The Buyer is responsible for checking the Goods comply with those ordered prior to use.
